Webinar: Small Business HR Essentials – Set the Structure & Be Free to Lead

February 27 @ 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Presented by: Kelly Gust, Founder and CEO of HR Full Circle

Did you know that if you have even 1 employee, there is a list of 10-15 documents such as job descriptions, interview templates, onboarding checklists, offer letters and termination document templates that you should assemble? If you take the time to prepare these important tools ahead of time, then as a leader you can spend your quality time on the culture and business strategy, and less on the busywork of “HR stuff.” you can spend more quality time hiring, inspiring, and engaging your team, and less time on “HR stuff.” Structure creates the freedom you need to lead in your business. Unfortunately, many business owners “wing it” with these tools and create a less-than-ideal employment experience for their hires, which damages the business exponentially. HR Full Circle will share with you the importance of these tools and documents, and how being prepared will help you run your business more efficiently, in a way that is positioned for rapid growth.

The webinar will be approximately 45 minutes of presentation time followed by Q&A. Participants will be able to ask questions in the chat box, which will be addressed at the end of the presentation, moderated by a member of our team.
