SBDC & EDC Webinar: Messaging for My Audience(s)

May 25 @ 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Perhaps you have a bank of go-to messages and a content strategy, but are you drafting copy for each unique audience? You know what you want to say; you know what you need to sell. But are you saying it in a way that actually gets the job done? The biggest problem with communication is the assumption that it has occurred. Just because you hit send or publish on that ad, social post, email, or memo, it doesn’t mean that your desired outcomes are going to occur. In this session we’ll walk through some of the psychology and anthropology related to communication – and marketing – to help improve your chances of having your target audience think, do, or feel whatever it is you want them to do.

The webinar will be approximately 45 minutes of presentation time followed by Q&A. Participants will be able to ask questions in the chatbox, which will be addressed at the end of the presentation, moderated by a member of our team.

PLEASE NOTE: this webinar will be recorded and may be shared publicly. By registering for this webinar, you understand that your questions or comments shared during the webinar will be recorded and shared in a public domain.

Date: Wednesday, May 25, 2022
Time: 3 – 4 PM

*After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
